What does "Research Use Only" actually mean?

All compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic application. By purchasing, you agree to the RUO acknowledgment signed at checkout.

How do I view a COA before buying?

Every product page links to its current Certificate of Analysis. You can check out Lab Reports to view all our Certificates of Analysis.

Who tests your batches?

All compounds are released after testing by independent third-party labs in Canada.

What's your purity standard?

99%+ identity purity is the floor for any released batch. Most batches test at 99.4–99.8%. If a batch falls below standard, it is destroyed – not shipped.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post (3–5 business days). International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for seized packages, returns, or customs delays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer free shipping via Canada Post. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

Is the packaging discreet?

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names on the exterior, and the return label lists a generic sender name.

What if my order sits in the heat?

If it sits in the heat briefly, it should still be fine. We ship peptides as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is relatively heat resistant during normal transit, and we use temperature-resistant packaging to minimize temperature swings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including PayPal & Interact e-Transfer through our secure checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 1 hour of placement. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot recall the package.
