1. Research use only

All products sold by YouSurper™ are intended for laboratory research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Claims made have not been evaluated by Health Canada.

Every compound listed on this site is intended exclusively for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any application outside of controlled research environments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher, educator, or laboratory professional to purchase from YouSurper™. By placing an order you confirm your age, your qualifications, and your intent to use the products for lawful research purposes only.

3. Permitted use

Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. You agree not to resell, relabel, reformulate, or administer the material to humans or animals. You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of all materials in accordance with applicable local, provincial, federal, and institutional regulations.

4. No claims

Nothing published by YouSurper™ constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Product descriptions, research links, and certificates of analysis are provided for informational purposes only.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline or cancel any order, and limit quantities at our sole discretion. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment partners. Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by us.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

We ship from Toronto, Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are lawful to import and possess in your jurisdiction.

7. Returns, refunds, and guarantee

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless otherwise covered by our published money-back guarantee. Eligible products may qualify for a refund when the guarantee conditions are met. See our Quality & Lab Reports page for full guarantee terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouSurper™ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase, possession, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability, and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
